အေၾကာင္းအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳးေၾကာင့္ folder မ်ားဖ်က္မရပါက ဖ်က္ႏိုင္ေစရန္ရည္ရြယ္ျပီးေတာ့ ဒီ software ေလးကို share လုပ္လိုက္ပါတယ္။ ေအာက္ပါ status မ်ားကိုေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

• Cannot delete folder: It is being used by another person or program
• Cannot delete file: Access is denied
• There has been a sharing violation.
• The source or destination file may be in use.
• The file is in use by another program or user.
• Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use

အသံုးျပဳပံုကေတာ့ unlocker ကုိ install လုပ္ျပီးေတာ့ restart လုပ္ပါ။ ထို႕ေနာက္ ဖ်က္မရေသာ folder ေပၚ right click လုပ္ျပီး Unlock လုပ္ပါ။

                               
                                             
file မ်ားကို ဖ်က္မရပါက task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) ကိုေခၚပါ။ ထို႕ေနာက္ process မွ ကိုယ္ဖ်က္လိုေသာ file name ကိုရွာျပီးေတာ့ end task လုပ္ပါက ဖ်က္လို႕ရသြား မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ application (.exe) file မ်ားအတြက္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
